Propserve India began in 2019—not with investors or big plans, but with Tabassum Mojahid Syed, a woman who once ran a boutique off MG Road in Pune.
After moving to Mumbai in 2016, she slowly entered real estate through backend work—learning quietly, building steadily.
With just a desk in a co-working space, she launched Propserve India. Then the pandemic hit. Offices closed, but her determination didn’t. She adapted, worked from home, and kept going.
In 2021, she joined a Mumbai-based real estate firm, handling Thane (W) sales—an experience that helped sharpen her skills and built her local expertise.
By 2022, she opened her first real estate office in Thane (W).
Today, Propserve India is a growing team, with 500+ families served.
